Ashok Desai
Ashok brings 20+ years with International Sales, Marketing, and Executive Management experience managing high-tech business with expertise across scientific, engineering, enterprise and media industries.
As Managing Director, Ashok spent several years with Silicon Graphics (SGI) in Asia during which time he started and managed the SGI operations in Singapore/ASEAN as well as India and ran the High End Systems Division for Asia Pacific.
He relocated to the US to build a start-up organization converging services, products, infrastructure & strategic alliances for high-end graphics, animation and special effects for Entertainment and Interactive Gaming. While at Sasken Communications and Symphony Services, he managed Global Sales, Support and Multi-Site Development Strategy for Tier I North American Companies and executed a multi-location and offshore development strategy across centers in US, Europe, Japan, China, Mexico and India.
Jayesh Parekh
Jayesh held several senior positions over the span of 13+ years with IBM before co-founding Sony Entertainment Television and sits on the board of several companies. Jayesh is an active angel investor, with investments in major Venture Capital Funds in Silicon Valley and start-up enterprises across the broad technology space. He is an entrepreneur – in-residence at INSEAD Singapore.
Norm Stangl
Early in his career Norm worked with Nelvana Ltd, a provider of quality entertainment for children. He built their special services facility BearSpots that focused on animated production for advertising agencies. During his prolific career Norm worked with Mammoth Pictures, and Keen pictures. Both companies focused on vfx and animation support for the advertising sector. In 1992 Norm founded SPIN VFX, a company providing animation and vfx for the advertising industry. He later extended those services to the television and film industry. Titles that Norm has been involved in include: The Devil and Daniel Mouse (Nelvana TV special), Rock ‘n’ Rule (a Nelvana Feature and animation cult classic) Cyberworld 3-D (co-produced with IMAX), Beat Freaks (animated series development), Fugget About It (animated series development), Outlander (co-produced with Ascendant Pictures for the Weinstein Company).
Aaron Matthew
Aaron has had years of experience working as a game designer, technical director and programmer. As the lead game designer for the Casual MMO Twin Skies while at Meteor Games, he supervised a team of over 50 game developers. He also founded and ran the internet radio show EndGameRadio catering to game fans and industry audience.
Prashant Solomon
Mr. Prashant Solomon has over 13 years experience in the field of real estate development and services. Mr. Solomon helped set up, market and run the two business centers owned by the group. Earlier, he was involved in setting up the software business that the group was engaged in at the time. He is now currently involved in planning, execution and marketing of the real estate development projects of the company.
He was the President and CEO of Pacific SoftWorld Inc. a fully owned subsidiary of the Chintels Group set up in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. for the purpose of software development.
Mr. Solomon is an alumnus of St. Stephen’s College. He was a full time journalist before he joined the business and is the author of two published books. He is also engaged in various social activities. He is the Organizing Secretary of the United Christian Action, and a Trustee of the Nora Solomon Foundation, a charitable organization engaged in various social services.
